Once we received your online confirmation and payment, we will arrange the item(s) send by traceable courier service. We will select the courier company depend on your countries available.
Since the production for the jewellery need time, we guarantee the item(s) will deliver will within 21 working days.
If your order has quantities, the delivery time will take longer, our staff will contact you to advise the shipment date.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason the item(s) you have purchased is damage, or not quite right, we are happy to exchange, credit or refund any item(s) purchased. Please noted that sale item(s) with discount 30% and/or over cannot be returned or exchanged. If eligible for a refund, this can only be returned the same way it was processed back on the same payment method.
All returns must be received within 28 days of purchase and all returns must include invoice, original packaging and be in an unused, saleable condition. BPC Group Limited reserved the right to return or reject any item that does not abide to the returns policy. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer(s).
To request a return for your online order, please email info@bpcgrouplimited.com with your intent to intent to return using your order number as your reference. Once your return is approved, fill out the returns from and secularly package your items back to us via a traceable method to:

Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. BPC Group Limited does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us. We recommend send by a traceable method or cover insurance. We will raise a credit, exchange or refund you once the item(s) has been returned and accepted by BPC.
All customer also welcome to return item(s) to our office if easier for you. Please contact us before you are planning to come through email or phone call. Please understand that our office will be unable to process a refund for you straight always. If customer couldn't make decision, BPC Group Limited could help customer hold the credit amount for using in next purchase within 6 months.
BPC Group Limited offers free shipping(on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should customers choose to return them full priced order for a refund, BPC will retain any original shipment costs incurred.
